Web Messaging:
Now you can
access your e-mail when away from the office or even away from
your desk with
IntelliWebs'
'web messaging feature'. You are no longer required to set up a
mail account in order to send and receive mail from your mailbox.
Web messaging looks similar to Microsoft's Hotmail ® (but with
many more features) and allows you to maintain a personal address
book and perform message sorting. In short, web messaging gives
you more control over your e-mail. Another great feature is that
you can now 'self administer' your accounts to modify your
password, create auto-responders and create vacation messages. You
can also create multiple mail folders so you can organize your
mail messages.
-
Anti-Spam Protection:
Our email
servers offer you powerful state-of-the art anti-spam protection
and filters. We can automatically stop most of those unsolicited
emails that over time become very annoying!
-
Realtime Blackhole List Filter:
The 'realtime
blackhole list filter' compares incoming email addresses with a
list of known spammers maintained by our 'Mail Abuse Protection
System'. The email is deleted immediately if there is a match in
the 'spammers' data base, eliminating many of the unwanted
messages normally received.
-
Forwarding:
Received mail
in one email account may be automatically forwarded to another.
For example, email sent to 'sales@company.com' can be auto
forwarded to 'yourname@company.com'. Mail can be forwarded to any
valid email account - within or outside of
IntelliWebs'
network.
-
Carbon Copying:
Mail may be
auto copied to another email account. Mail sent to 'yourname@company.com'
can be automatically copied to 'yourname@your-isp.com'. The
destination for the copied email can be any valid email account -
within or outside of
IntelliWebs'
network.
-
Auto Responder:
Mail received
by an 'auto responder' account has many benefits. For example,
the mail account on your web site ('service@company.com') may be
created as an 'auto responder' account. Each time mail is received
in that mailbox, an email is automatically returned to the sender
with the body of the email containing any text you designate. The
text might advise the sender that their email has been
acknowledged and that your service department will follow up on
their request appropriately.
